Real Reviews. Real Comfort

Don’t just take our word for it—see why customers keep coming back to Ballam Furniture Gallery for beautiful, lasting comfort.

Recently bought two La-Z-Boy recliner chairs and experienced the absolute best level of customer service and by far the best pricing!
The owner Jim went way above and beyond to make sure we were completely satisfied. We would highly recommend this company!

Had been looking for a recliner chair and found the perfect model and colour at J Ballam Furniture. The staff were very helpful and walked us through the chair options and features without high pressure sales pitches. Our custom chair arrived sooner than expectedagain proving we purchased from a top notch locally owned company. If you’re looking for a store without pressure tactics and just friendly staff, try out J Ballam Furniture in Chilliwack.

I had a last-minute delivery request that was supposed to take two days, but the owner went above and beyond to make it happen the same day. On top of that, their prices were the best compared to other stores I visited. Great furniture, excellent service, and fantastic discounts. Highly recommend this store!
